FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Please find below answers to our most frequently asked questions. If we’ve missed something or you would like some other information, please get in touch!


PACKAGES

What packages do you offer?

We offer a variety of packages including; dry bar service, kids parties catering, wedding & private event catering and corporate events.

Can i book extra service hours for my selected package?

Yes you sure can. Simply indicate to us that you would like us to cater or serve for a longer period and we will provide you with a quote.

PAYMENTS

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we do, once your booking is confirmed with your deposit we can work out a payment plan that suits you. The full invoiced amount is due 1 week prior to your event.

Do you require a deposit when i book?

Yes, once your date is confirmed we require a non-refundable deposit for any package that is booked. For any wedding or corporate package we require a $250 deposit. For any kids party package we require a $100 deposit. We require this deposit to secure your date and it is a part of the full invoiced amount. The full invoiced amount is due 1 week prior to your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation the following fees will apply: 30+ days from the event – $250 non-refundable deposit; 14-28 days from event – 50% of invoice; up to 14 days from event date – 100% of invoice

DRY BAR

Can i book the dry bar service only for my wedding or party?

Yes, absolutely you can. We offer a dry bar only package designed just for weddings & private events.

Can i book the cocktail packages on their own?

No, unfortunately at this point we only offer cocktail packages as an extra option for our dry bar hire.

Can i use my own cocktail recipes?

No, we offer the 3 options for cocktails only and our recipes will not be altered.

FOOD ALLERGIES

Do you cater for food allergies?

No unfortunately we cannot offer specific catering for different food allergies. We do offer soy, almond and lactose free milks for our hot drinks menu.

Are your donuts gluten free?

No sadly our donuts are not gluten free. Wouldn’t it be great if they were!

Are your jam donuts vegan?

Yes! They sure are vegan. Our suppliers have confirmed that they are indeed vegan, they are however cooked in the same oil that our non-vegan donuts are cooked in.

SET UP & POWER REQUIREMENTS

Do you require power for an event?

Yes we do, if there is power available we require 2 x 15 amp power points. If there is no electricity available we will need to use our generator for an extra fee.

How much space do you need to set up?

THE OG: 5.5m x 2m
MRS OWNSY’S: 4m x 2.4m
Both trailers have awnings that open on the left. Please take this into consideration when planning positioning of the trailer. We will need to maneuver the trailer into position using our vehicle. They are large trailers that cannot be maneuvered once removed from the car. Where possible we also require a reasonably level surface.
